Because President Trump wants biden to be the candidate. He knows he will crush biden this time. President Trump does not want them to find a candidate they can rally around.

If Joe really wants to stay “in”, and he seems he does, with a lot of bullheadedness involved, it’s going to be very difficult to get him out. It’d take the defection of a really prominent Dem, or maybe the majority of House and Senate Dems, to put on enough pressure. Single Dems would be either Obummer or Heels Up. MAYBE Schumer (and I’m sure if he turned there would be numerous Dem Senators lined up with him.) MAYBE White House Chief of Staff Jeff Zients along with some other high level staff? But I’d be highly surprised if Zients flipped - he’s at the core of the present cover op!

If they try to replace Biden, the fact that these two guys were squeezed out of having their names on the ballots of the Democratic primaries is going to come back to haunt the Democrats.
The Bernie Bros were tools, for the most part. But the ones that had integrity are backing either RFK Jr or West.
Some of them will be able to shame their Lefty friends into either voting for an alternate candidate or not voting at all, if a new candidate is installed without any input from the voters.
I can only imagine that Trump has some nuclear October surprises. What did Trump keep from his days as pres? What has the house and senate committees been holding on to? All of the disgruntled Biden klan former associates. Civil Lawsuits against Hunter by former trafficked prostitutes.
The Bidenistas are just ticked that they can’t use all their plans when they expected Trump to attack on his age and dementia. Also... Trump wants to face Biden. Why throw any resources at destroying Biden so early?
He had a rally in Virginia. He’s not “holding fire,” he’s contrasting himself with the Cretin in Chief, acting presidential, talking about the future and his vision for it. Don’t these people even bother doing their homework?

The demise of Biden is the news cycle narrative. That’s all anyone talks about. Why should Trump news it? Besides, he’ll gets lots of attention at the Republican convention.
