Biden was the punching bag Obama’s people used in order to set unrealistic and unpopular policies. They needed a stooge to take the heat and Biden fit the bill perfectly.

Obama was a politican trying to get reelected. So he was not as radical as Biden.

Biden is a puppet. Plus Obama had 8 years to put his people in the government. So they are able to get away with pushing far left policies.
