IMO, all President Trump has to do is contrast himself with the rats (not Slow Joe in particular), and present himself as a safe alternative. The public's memory is short, and he can pave over his image of a brash, boisterous bully with that of a calm, sensible statesman. He needs to reassure them. All it takes is percentage of independents.
What are you afraid of coming back? Cheap gas, lower inflation, lower unemployment, lower interest rates? Are you worried about the border being secure? What is it?
I saw this and thought this is exactly what Trump should be saying. Remind them.
