The left is caught in the web they have been weaving for decades. In their desperate thrashing is it too much to hope that they bring down the party? Their problem is that any leftist figure with name recognition has already trashed the city, state they have lead or is so corrupt & incompetent that their name recognition is a negative. They have no one to field that is not tainted.
Obama as VP worries me the most. I don’t believe the spin that he is not blocked by the two terms from running or assuming the Presidency but it is not clearcut and desperation causes the left to brazenly break the law and ignore reality.
The longer Biden prolongs his candidacy the better for our side both re Trump & the down ballot races.

I agree that it is not 100% clear. The 12th Amendment says anyone not eligible to the office of President is not eligible to the office of Vice President, but the 22nd Amendment only speaks of being ELECTED to the presidency. Another avenue would be for him to be elected Speaker of the House, and succeed to the presidency during a time when there is no Vice President.
