Yep. Joe is in a bad spot here. He could pardon Hunter instantly, today. But that would make both him and the Democrats look bad, and affect Democrat chances in November.
So best to wait until after the election.
But even that’s risky. Should Joe become incapacitated (or worse), no pardon for Hunter.
