Hell - the Wide Latina was easily confirmed 68-31 by the Senate. You know there will be enough GOP votes in the House to confirm any choice she makes. Newsome. Gretch. Big Mike. Bathhouse Barry would probably gets the most confirmation votes from GOPE (experience for the good of our nation, etc., blah.)

She effectively gets to pick whomever she wants to hand the presidency to shen she quite to take Soto’s Supreme Court seat (can she nominate herself for that?).

In the event of a vacancy in the Vice Presidency, the President nominates a replacement, and the Senate confirms the nomination. This process is outlined in Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution.

But it's not true that the speaker of the House — or any other predetermined individual — automatically becomes vice president. Upon becoming president, the former vice president would choose another individual to become his or her vice president.

"Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress," Section 2 of the amendment explains.

Most people here know that the 14th amendment stripped away many state’s rights and is used for birthright citizenship, the 16th amendment allowed the fed govt to grow establishing income taxes, the 17th further diminished state power by allowing direct election of Senators. Couple that with removal of the gold standard, civil service reforms, creation of the fed and establishment of the govt expansion under the New Deal and we have be in trouble ever since.

See post 135. And you quoted it again. The 25th Amendment modifies the Constitution, so this is the only Constitutional process to make someone Vice President if there is a vacancy.

Laura Loomer has done impressive investigative reporting on our open borders including going to the Darien Gap and the Chinese encampments. She revealed the corruption of Judge Marchan and his daughter. She discovered the visit of Dr. Kevin Cannard, the Parkinson’s Disease specialist to the WH and just revealed that a cardiologist met with Biden and his physician at the WH at the same time as Dr. Cannard.

Attached are the letters Dr. Kevin O’Connor, the physician to Joe Biden at the White House, wrote in February 2023 and February 2024 signing off on Joe Biden’s health.

In the letter dated February 16, 2024, Dr. O’Connor said Biden was “fit for duty”. The letters say Biden was examined by multiple specialists from Walter Reed hospital, including a Neurologist.

Was the Neurologist Dr. Kevin Cannard, a Biden donor who has also been visiting Biden and his doctor for 7 hour long visits at the White House?
