Assuming Biden actually drops out of the 2024 election, which I find rather dubious, it seems like many have set him up for failure the past couple of months.
My personal observation, he has gotten worse in the past 6 months. So I guess Joe's handlers are freaking out now.
Before that, he was the perfect puppet. They could get by just by restricting his appearances and drugging him as needed.
