I think that the “juice” they were giving him caused some kind of health emergency and they are afraid to give it to him again. That’s why we are now seeing a clean and sober Biden.
I think I would know whether I watched the tape of the debate or not.

The clip i saw doesn’t make him look very good but I agree with him. It was just a bad night. I think he has earned the nomination and should be the nominee.
Biden did not even understand what President Trump was saying.
He was non compos mentis during almost all of the debate.
