Though Ukraine has suffered a lot wounded and killed, Russia's casualties outnumber the Uke casualties by a lot. Though Ukraine has suffered a lot of damage to its infrastructure, Russia's military has suffered a lot more when it comes to monetary costs. Russia will take decades to repair their military.
