Biden is speaking and Jacked Up Joe is back.
I don’t know if others have already said this but in middle school and high school acting classes some believe only an angry, shouting, emotional scene shows “good acting.”
Same is true of soap operas and many shows where the award nominations go to people shouting.

It kills me when he calls Trump a liar. Biden can’t go 2 minutes without a lie. He’s repeating the lie about Trump calling serviceman suckers and losers.
