He already took the test, in front of the whole world, and the results were quite obvious. He failed the test miserably, and people don't have to be neurologists to conclude the obvious.

Stating the obvious: They can’t be trusted to do this and honestly report the results. It must be done under controlled circumstances, with an independent observer to verify that no prompters, note cards or other verbal or visual cues are clandestinely placed, and it must be recorded with multiple cameras and preserved unedited.

If challenges are presented after-the fact, go to the videos. Run them simultaneously with timecodes displayed. The technology is there to do that. I could do it on my home system - the gov’t certainly could do it even better.

Watched video by some guy who is an expert in reading body language. One of his strongest readings was when Biden began to laugh when Trump spoke getting cognitive tests and challenged Biden to get one. Defensive move to block even the idea that one was needed.
