For years, I’ve worked shift work (Just retired this Monday!).
After a few 12 hour night shifts, It did take me a day or so to get back to “Normal”. But man, didn’t Biden have at least a week to recover? Just another example of how frail he really is, if true. But that is a big “IF”.
Congrats on your retirement. I worked overnight shifts for the last 10 yrs of my employment and I still prefer the nighttime hours. Kinda sucks though because the world is set up to be more productive in the daytime.
