IF people step up to be part of the 100,000-strong GOP Election Monitoring Army now that the horrible consent decree no longer prevents that, this election can be VERY much different from those in the past (since 1976).
If the fix was in for sure, Dems wouldn’t be panicking over Trump. They know there are limits and they won’t be able to get away with what they did in 2020 because the scrutiny will be MUCH higher. And the RNC plan is to catch them in the act, not just sit around blindly til it’s too late and the evidence has vanished.

I think the plan was also for the GOP to work with some grass roots groups, previously ignored by McDaniel. These groups are engaged in a massive voter registration drive aimed at creating voters to send mail in ballots to for early voting. The goal being to blunt the dems pre-election day, massive mail-in advantage.
