<><>the dissolute debater had now segued into being a full-blown zombie.
<><>the Waffle House stop was calculatedly intended to reassure the working class,
<><>the blank-faced debater and his wife hastily beat it out of the humiliating venue.

For someone who had a "cold" and made everyone wear a mask for a year, they didn't seem too concerned about spreading Biden's "cold" to the patrons of the Waffle House after the debate.
