I agree, but don’t the dems own most of the judges? Will they be able to “judge shop?”

I don’t have any idea.

Will they be able to “judge shop?”

In some instances the corrupt dem judges will interfere with justice.

Glory be. This has been going on since Bush 41.

Agreed. These two cases are probably just hundreds of examples of government ore. A trucking company, occasionally hauling coal under contract when mine needs a few extra trucks miles away, to anyone with a couple brain cells, would realize they are not a mining operation. They haul whatever material such as dirt, Coal , gravel, equipment, etc. They are paid to haul.

The first one is even more ridiculous. A pile of snow melts, causing the ground to get wet and then dry out, and the government considers it a wetland that can’t be farmed.

Big WIN! Now it's time to 'term limit' top Bureaucrats in DC and around the country.

Top Bureaucrats need to look MORE LIKE AMERICA - the United States looks half Republican and half democrat. Over 90% of Americans are sexual normals and less than 10 percent are sexual weirdos.

TIME FOR BUREAUCRACIES TO LOOK LIKE AMERICA.

The best way would be to toss them out of their ivory towers out into not parking lot.

Ideally the bureaucracy should submit the regulation to Congress.

Congress should handle the public comments and vote yea or nay.

Right now, public comments can be 99-1 against and the regulation can be adopted.
