Biden’s corrupt Justice Department will continue to pursue the two lawfare cases against Trump past election day if Trump wins.
According to a leak to The Washington Post, Special Counsel Jack Smith will continue to file motions and possibly conduct a trial after Election Day if Trump wins in a race against the clock before Inauguration Day.
The Justice Department cannot charge a sitting president so they want to ‘get Trump’ before he is sworn in on January 20, 2025.
“Justice Department officials plan to pursue the criminal cases against Donald Trump past Election Day even if he wins, under the belief that department rules against charging or prosecuting a sitting president would not kick in until Inauguration Day in January, according to people familiar with the discussions” – WaPo reported.

Gonna be sweet to see Trump’s Attorney General go after these corrupt prosecutors... Trump won’t have to worry about the screaming media scum bags. Nothing they can say or do to scare Trump since he has no more elections to worry about. Time to bankrupt a lot of slimy Dimocrats, and put them through what Trump had to go through. See how of many of them like spending millions and millions of dollars for lawyers.

Other than gratuitous violence, I found the plot almost like reality in todays politics and business. .
And I began keeping bees 50 years ago. My view of the world is much the same.
I was disappointed in the movie. My expectations were not really high going into the movie.
They got the guy on video saying we’re gonna’ go to the capitol and “peacefully and patriotically make our voices heard” and they still want him in prison for inciting an insurrection. What about ‘peacefully and patriotically make our voices heard’ don’t they understand? Sounds exactly like a first amendment right to assemble to me.
These people are even more demented than Biden.
I thought the bad guy was written in the plot as Hunter Biden. Really.

Well, since even if Trump wins, Deep State will still control the SCOTUS, the Congress, the judiciary, and the bureaucracy, I think Deep State will have a lot of options.
I swear, Congress has to come up with a well defined ‘subversion’ law that address this constant anti-American Communist law fare. Communists will keep it up as long as we let them get away with it - until they are stopped and locked up in the slammer. Today un-Americanism by Communists hides behind their euphemistic term of ‘protecting democracy.’ Most common sense, sane individuals know it’s nothing more than a Communist charade so let’s define their law fare for what it is - criminal subversion of the American Constitutional system of government.
As President Elect I think he has all the protections that the President enjoys.
The closer to the election we get the less chance they can shoe horn a replacement for him in there.
