No it isn’t. Tokyo Rose was openly working for an enemy the U.S. was at war with. Everyone who listened to her knew that. Every American knew she was telling only a part of the truth that suited Japan. But she played decent music and from what I’ve heard troops tuned her in for the music and to laugh at her.
Karine Jean-Pierre neither provides decent music and sadly is actually believed by a significant percentage of the Americans who listen to her.
