The SCOTUS ruling protects Biden far more than it is expected to protect Trump. The statement of the court only touches on the official acts of any sitting President, but it does not protect certain other acts of “Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors” for which the President has been impeached by the House of Representatives, and convicted by the Senate. Trump was impeached, but never convicted of any of the above. Biden shall never be impeached, as he is a “frail and confused old man”.
