In one of these recent speeches he read “End of Quote” off the Teleprompter again at the conclusion of the speech.

Yes, he can read the Teleprompter verbatim.

I am surprised Dr Jill did not congratulate him. Great job Joey, you read EVERY word.

In watching last Friday’s North Carolina rally, I saw that he had problems reading from a teleprompter.

Folks, it's NOT about bidEn, nor about Trump, nor about an election. We are witnessing before our very eyes the dismantling of the 'Rat party. Nothing to gloat here - when the dust settles, the GOPe is also being dismantled. Left standing? Trump, MAGA, patriots, deplorables. Restored - the Republic (note how often the word "democracy" is now in the news).

bidAn sucked at the "debate", and was coherent at this 5-minute presser so that democrats fight among themselves. All the news cycles on this are choreographed to stir controversy. bidAn family urging staying in (especially Hunter! really now). NYT saying step down. There has NEVER EVAH been a pre-convention debate among merely-presumptive nominees. The timing is precision.

This is a Controlled Demolition, plain and simple.
