Biden has to voluntarily pull out or be 25th amendment removed before they could have an open convention. All those delegates are already committed to vote for Biden. If Biden holds on then he already has the votes to get the nod. I think Biden WILL pull out of the race before the end of the month and at the same time release all his delegates, but without that, he’s a Titanic steaming towards a huge iceberg... An iceberg named Donald J. Trump.
