I’ve talked to several Congressional Democrats who say the president needs to get out there – not just with teleprompters – but in another setting without a teleprompter like a town hall or a press conference without a crowd to cheer him on.
He can’t take questions. That’s when his brain freezes up and they can’t have that again.
