Agreed. And for the life of me I can't imagine why they thought it'd be wise for Biden to speak about it in the evening when he's at his worst.
Unless they're wanting to drive home the new mantra they taught from the debate: that Joe is too old and should be replaced.

Well, if he bombs tonight, he'll again blame staff like he's now doing for last Thursday's debate. Maybe the staff has found that he is too far gone to help coverup.
