The 34 charges were for 34 payments to a debt. I doubt if Trump even knew it was for the $130,000 NDA. At that amount, it would have been seen as extortion on the level of blackmail. Blackmail is a punishable offense.
Ha! I just posted asking about this, this list makes no sense. Cohen presents an invoice, and who pays Cohen? I would assume the CPA. And are they trying to say Stormy the Whore was paid in installments? I would be very interested in seeing what those checks said.
