Yes, I think you are exactly right. I don’t know who this guy is, but he comes across to me as another Alex Jones, one of those who says sensationalist stuff, acts as outrageous as possible to get the hits, logic goes out the window.

I was looking at those 34 counts today and they are meaningless. What they basically say is Cohen submitted an invoice to Trumps CPA and the CPA wrote Cohen a check.

Where the hell does it say they were payments for a hooker to shut her mouth and why would she be paid 34 times especially in 2017 when Trump was already President? Show the public the PROOF they were payments and even so how is THAT illegal?

This is absolutely nuts, they are taking any payments to Cohen as something illegal when they don’t even say what the payments are for and for THAT they are going to send him to prison?

Look at this crap, it says nothing to the public and I assume this is what was released to the public.

“Invoice from Michael Cohen” - Well let’s see the invoice!
“Entry in ledger”- Let’s see it!
“Check and check stub” - Let’s see it!

For all we know these could be reimbursements for Cohen buying pizza!

Yes! Same way they keep talking about January 6 & insurrection. Ummmm, Trump was never tried, let alone convicted, of anything having to do with an insurrection. So why do they keep saying he’s guilty if he hasn’t even been tried for it. They are basically implying through hearsay on public forums that he’s guilty of things, attempting to try & conviction him in the media before the public & then go judge & jury shopping & criminally try him legally just long enough to have a kangaroo court find him guilty. They need that as a veneer of credibility for what they are accusing him of.

Problem is, of course, each one of these cases is so thin & flimsy because it wasn’t established with its main goal being strong proof of law breaking & a final legal conviction. They dont ultimately have enough to prove anything substancial under strict review. Higher courts will have to contend with over-charging, venue shopping, judicial bias, inappropriate gag orders, the installment of prosecutors in local jurisdictions by DOJ, inappropriately applied statutes, hearsay, prosecutor’s bias, false evidence & a whole mess of issues that now limit them because of the Supreme Courts backing of Trumps Presidential immunity.

The main goal for them was to make accusations on television & media, have the press carry their water by keeping a story going, get a temporary fig leaf (corrupted) judicial ruling to be able to point at if someone questions the legitimacy & affect public opinion enough to torpedo his election & allow them to falsely attain power, again. The problem is that none of it is playing out the way they thought. It’s actually having the opposite effect.

There’s no proof that January 6th was intended as an insurrection; The prosecution appears cherry picked; The timing looks preplanned; The judges & prosecutors seem politically motivated; The media appears to be piling on blindly; & more than anything, politicians appear to be using an inappropriate & unconstitutional method to defeat a political opponent.

I’ve always believed , regardless of the election year, Trump like all Republicans/conservatives is already guaranteed 45% of the electorate- even if he completely flopped or stopped being inspiring. I think the one aspect that gave him pushback in achieving the small percentage of votes he needed to push him over 50+% is his straight-forwardness & absolute confidence, because those were the only qualities that made him unsympathetic to some. When they chose to go down this path, not only did they tick off & uber-motivate the 45%, they also made him appear sympathetic to far more than enough extra voters to win a majority of vote to win the election. It’s now made it possible to easily win the electoral college, all of the swing states/even some blue-leaning states & also (not that it matters Constitutionally) a majority of the popular vote.

I didn’t realize until the last week: they screwed up big time! 🤣🤣🤣
