Merchan probably had a clerk search the same database to find the maximum plausible sentences.
Obviously, you didn’t bother to listen to the show.
First, Jack Posobiec is no hack.
Second, he’s not the one saying Trump will receive a multi-year sentence - it was his guest Mike Davis (also not a hack).
Third, Davis says he will get a multi-year sentence - not that he will serve time. He says there is no way the SC will allow the sentence to be carried out.
