The problem is her economics are socialist. She’s anti immigrant and pro French culture ( which alas was screwed up couple centuries ago by the a revolution) but her economics are doomed to fail and Nigel can see that. But he discounts that no one in France, with any significant following is any better. She’ll at least try to tackle the muzzie problem, which is clearly problem #1, and no one else will. Whether it’s too far gone to fix remains to be seen. The one hope is that although Islam is good at chaos and mob fear it’s not so good at organized conventional military action.
If that can be fixed then the other big problem of France’s addiction to welfare, little work, unions, big pensions will soon come to the fore. It needs a Milei. Pray one arises!
