Then the Dems would claim “No one can prove the assassin directly acted from seeing the leader’s statements, your honor.”
This gets very interesting. Drone strike is a bad example since that involves the military on US soil. Order FBI to seize Trump as a terrorist/agent of a foreign government and put him in holding for questioning. Biden is probably safe from criminal prosecution, be everyone else is not. But of course we already have an official saying he is not mentally competent to stand trial.
