No doubt that people knew about Biden"S incapacity, but,they were willing to vote for him again if he had not been so disastrous in the debate. The bigger part that people were against Biden, is his policies that have been disastrous too. People were complaining about every issue that Biden had a hdn in, and those issuers re the same that Obama had a hand in too.

His mental incapacity is just he icing on the cake for getting rid of Biden, but his policies were going to do him in come November.
