Well hello freepersup!

Nice to hear from you! I remember years ago when you posted a pic of you whisking people across that beautiful lake....is my memory correct? I seem to recall something like that.

We indeed need that new two-level dining car. Between the breakfast from lysie, high tea, and nightly desserts, the kitchen’s getting a little busy!

Hope you’re comfortable with a/c, swimming pool, or whatever you need to stay cool in the heat wave! God bless, and enjoy your time down in the big city (if that’s possible lol).

HELLO to our Canadian freeper friend who is more American than half the U S population!

I am holed up in my hotel room for one full day of rest and relaxation, before I tackle a plethora of tasks from a long list of things to do, on another of my "working" days off.

Here I am standing on the "back" dock at Mono Creek, which is a primary source of water that fills Edison Lake, as hikers disembark the water taxi and begin another leg of their backpacking journey. Some of the hikers are on a 2,650 mile hike from Mexico to Canada, putting one foot in front of the other on the National Scenic Pacific Crest Trail, or the 221 mile John Muir Trail, which connects Yosemite National Park, and Mt. Whitney, that is the highest mountain peak (14,508') in the lower 48 states.
