Now that it’s become common knowledge, after the embargo on the issue was simultaneously lifted by MSM across all outlets, that Biden is senile, let’s see where that leaves us on the Biden-Hur audio tape issue:

1) We simply must get that tape released. Consistent with every theory of limited hangouts and modified limited hangouts, it’s clear the MSM is still protecting the tape. That’s just the fallback Maginot Line they’ve now retreated to and hope is never pierced or end run.

2) Instead, the media is protecting the keeping of the Biden-Hur audio tape under wraps, while they should be calling for its release with the same level of vehemence they called for the release of the Nixon tapes. And, of course, the fact that they are not doing so tells you they are still covering up the full *extent* of Biden’s cognitive decline. That is a national security debacle of epic proportions standing alone.

3) Next, Biden’s claim of executive privilege is ridiculous. The transcript was released. In no legal universe can the printed version of a set of words not be executive privileged, but the audio version becomes privileged. To release the one (a transcript) is to waive privilege over the other (the audio tape).

4) Unless … unless, that is, the audio tape does not match the printed transcript and the transcript was doctored before it was released. But in that case that doesn’t make the audio executive privileged — it remains non-privileged and waived — it just means that the discrepancies would prove obstruction of justice.

5) Meanwhile, real and substantial executive privilege issues — now bolstered by the Trump v U.S. immunity decision — exist for President Trump in speaking with outside advisor Steve Bannon and inside the government advisor Peter Navarro. Yet the media treats Biden’s ridiculous EP claim over an audio version of the Hur tape seriously, but treats the applicability of executive privilege to Bannon and Navarro as plainly wrong. That’s all backwards. Bannon is in jail while Biden’s DOJ defending the ridiculous EP assertion remain free men and women.

6) For all of these reasons, Congressman Jordan and Comer must continue pursuing getting the Hur audio tape of Biden released to the public with maximum energy. They should not remotely go easy on that issue now, on the theory that it’s mooted by the dam breaking on the Biden senility issue after the debate.

7) Now, more than ever, we must get that tape. IT IS *NOT* MOOT.
