But that temporary removal only lasts as long as it takes for Biden to send a letter the speaker and president pro tem saying that he is able to perform the duties. He then resumes his position until the VP and Cabinet send another letter to Congress. At that point, Congress has 21 days to resolve the issue. If they don’t vote with a 2/3 majority in each house to remove him, he resumes his post.

If it gets to that, Republicans need to vote No. Make the slimy Democrats live up to their failure.
