Yet another major newspaper urged President Biden to step down after his disastrous debate against Trump — saying “Retirement is now necessary.”
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution published a front-page editorial Saturday asking Biden, 81, to pass the torch to another, more competent candidate, following the lead of The New York Times. “The unfortunate truth is that Biden should withdraw from the race, for the good of the nation he has served so admirably for half a century,” the AJC Editorial Board wrote.
Georgia’s largest newspaper painted Biden’s performance in Thursday’s debate against convicted felon Donald Trump as “excruciating,” with the sitting president failing to convey any visions for a second term or his accomplishments from his nearly four years at the helm.

It would be a wonderful thing if RAT voters were so disgusted by Joe’s performance that they just skipped going to the polls ... period.
That would result in down-ballot RAT candidates also losing.

The really funny editorial is going to come when Biden doesn’t drop out and teh AJC and NYT have to contort themselves into endorsing Biden even though they are calling him senile and unqualified now.

However, it WOULD be fun to see their rationalizations: “Sure, Joe Biden is a zombie, but even Satan himself would be a better choice than Donald Trump” ...
