I don’t think he’s dropping out, but I bet the financial transactions of the entire Biden clan have shown a sudden increase in frequency and amount.

The plan has been for Biden to drop out before he ever ran again. Whoever replaces him will have a huge advantage in many ways because of the way this was played. Rule number one in manipulating people is that the human race is full of stupidly pathetic people who are so easy for political leaders to play and manipulate.
One scenario is Obama already knows Biden is going to step down and that’s why Obama came out earlier acting supportive of Biden after the dumpster fire debate. Makes Obama look like the good guy with empathy and respect for Biden, but knowing full well he’s going to be replaced.
