Yes, Democrats Can Replace Biden - With Newsom or Anyone They Want. Here's How.
Red State ^ | June 28, 2024 | Jennifer Van Laar

In the lead-up to Thursday night's debate, the conventional wisdom was that Biden had to convince everyone - party bosses and influential pundits especially - that he wasn't too old and addled to be the Democrat nominee again.

* * *

But how does that happen, logistically? Can it? I researched the DNC's bylaws for the 2024 convention back in November and found that yes, it can, but it would most easily happen after the convention ends. I explained in this appearance on Dana Loesch's radio show:

The key to this is Article IX, Section G of the "Call For the 2024 Democratic Convention," which provides:

"Filling a Vacancy on the National Ticket: In the event of death, resignation or disability of a nominee of the Party for President or Vice President after the adjournment of the National Convention, the National Chairperson of the Democratic National Committee shall confer with the Democratic leadership of the United States Congress and the Democratic Governors Association and shall report to the Democratic National Committee, which is authorized to fill the vacancy or vacancies."

TThus, after, and only after the convention, the chairperson of the DNC can apparently call together the Democratic leadership of the House and Senate and Democratic Governors Association and have them declare the Democratic nominee (in this case Biden) disabled and then go on to select a new nominee.

From all I have seen and read there does not appear to be any other current legal procedure to remove Biden from where he is, unless he agrees. Since the Democrat leadership will have already been to the convention and supported Biden for the nomination, they will have to do a bit of magic to come up with some evidence of sudden disability that didn't already exist. Otherwise they'll just be ousting a candidate they don't like but have always supported and who has full democratic support from Democrat voters in favor of someone whom they high handedly gave the nomination to. Rather a bit of of a stretch, but something of which they are capable. Stay tuned for more fun and games

Complications:

1) what happens to the millions Biden has raised for Biden?

2) what happens in the couple of key states like Wisconsin and Nevada where Biden may be legally locked in on the November ballot?

of course the consequences associated with the above depend on an assumption that Democrats are held to the requirements of the laws of the land, but we all know that assumption is dubious at best

With Libs in charge what difference does a law, rule, procedure actually mean? Worse case they get sued and years and years later maybe they loose. It’s not their money and no one every gets punished..

I read there are issues with the money Biden has raised going to another candidate although that shouldn’t be much of an issue. And them more importantly, 3 states have strict rules around pulling Joe off the ticket at this point in time.

Jill Biden will demand lots of money.

Yes, you can have money left in a Campaign and it’s easy to use for luxuries with a decent Lawyer.

As I understand, Biden won pledged delegates in primaries and caucuses. So there’s no question he has more than enough pledged delegates at the convention to nominate him.

Their own voters voted to renominate Biden in their primaries.

And we know these Democrats talk about threats to democracy and all that. Considering this, how can they sidestep the Democratic Choice made by voters, in elections, to renominate Biden?

Your recitation is substantial and there’s no question but what the legal removal of Biden from the ballot would be a gigantic nuisance and embarrassment for the DNC and all of its minions. However, Joe is definitely a jacked up druggie with a large consumption of whatever chemical magic can be concocted to keep him going. That necessarily makes him vulnerable to anyone who might choose to “adjust” his medication. Enter Hillary, whom we all know had absolutely nothing to do with the “suicides” of Vince Foster and Jeffrey Epstein. At that point there is always the possibility of a timely and horribly tragic departure for Joe.

We all know there are things behind the scenes that we don’t know about.

So could well be true that Jill Biden loves the White House and loves being first lady, and she won’t give it up.

In all states, whatever the ballot states, you are not voting for the candidate. You are voting for ELECTORS pledged to the candidate.

This is baloney. No one seems to understand that OHIO has already ruled and the DNC has ACCEPTED the DEADLINE of August 7 that states that if there is no candidate nominated by the DNC, the presidential line will remain VACANT.

Again, the DNC has already acknowledged this, DeWeenie already did not fold on this. That means AUGUST 6 is their deadline. if they miss that deadline, they will face a statewide OH meltdown. ALL candidates will suffer huge. We win the Senate seat; we win a couple of extra House seats; we win all the downticket races all the way to dogcatcher.

So they must hit this deadline, which again, they planned to do with a VIRTUAL NOMINATION OF RUTABAGA before Aug. 7.

This is the date everyone needs to watch, about 38 days from now.

When the dems concluded to toss Biden into the lions den they had their plan for the replacement absolutely finished to the last detail. Biden was polling too weak to facilitate the steal and they hope his replacement will poll well enough to get them closer. The steal is the thing, Biden is history.

That’s a few months ago. Looks fine to me. Reads the teleprompter and delivers the speech.

The only people that want him removed are the Trump haters, of which FR has a handful.

They need to do it quickly...They are going to have to print thousands upon thousands of pre-signed ballots to replace the pre-signed ones they already have for Joe....

Yes, the insider elite could simply name their nominee.

Since the 1800s, men smoking cigars and sipping bourbon in a fancy room make the decisions.

What happened to “democracy” they falsely promote?

The word COMMUNISM is what they mean by “democracy.”
I want to promote this idea.

1. Biden keeps it unless he voluntarily gives it to the DNC.
2. Those no votes are tallied for Biden in those states, but he stays on the ballot.

Two things.

The Dems are worse than the other organized crime groups, Cosa Nostra and Mafia and the old Purple Gang.

The people at home might——just might——recoil from having an insider elite make the decision. Especially if the right black, female, gay and other boxes are not checked.

They might stay home despite viciously hating Trump.

There are at least 3 States that require death or removal via the 25th Amendment before they can swap a candidate.
