Exactly right.

The propensity of that party to ignore all laws, including the “supreme law of the land” knows no bounds. And so, if they want to replace him, they damn well will, and no one will be able to stop them from doing it. I’m sorry if this sounds like defeatism to some.

An analogy I’ve made is as follows: Eric (Obama’s Penis) Holder, can shoot anyone dead in the street, eyewitnesses all over the place, and he’ll look at them all and ask, “what are you going to do about it”? The answer, nothing.

Exactly. They know that our legal system moves so slowly that their illegal actions will be ancient history by the time litigation and appeals play out. Especially so when they can influence litigation pace through the DOJ.
