America saw the other one Thursday night.
My look inside the WH and why Thursday left some Biden aides shaken and worried whether Biden can do another four-year term.
From 10am to 4pm, Biden is dependably engaged — and many of his public events in front of cameras are held within those hours.
Outside of that time range or while traveling abroad, the other Biden is more likely to emerge and have verbal miscues and become fatigued, aides say.

When the sun goes down, the nursing home residents go nuts.
No, actually it’s pictures of ice cream cones and little girls.
“As bad as he is for a president, for a dementia patient multiple years into the disease, he is in phenominal condition.”
That isn’t true and it’s not how you spell phenomenal. Dementia has several subtypes and causes and the condition can progress slowly or quickly or anywhere in-between, sort of like cancer.
Most of them just go to bed.
