America saw the other one Thursday night.
My look inside the WH and why Thursday left some Biden aides shaken and worried whether Biden can do another four-year term.
From 10am to 4pm, Biden is dependably engaged — and many of his public events in front of cameras are held within those hours.
Outside of that time range or while traveling abroad, the other Biden is more likely to emerge and have verbal miscues and become fatigued, aides say.

is the issue 1) daylight (ie dementia sundowning) or 2) hours awake ?
If they knew sundowning was the issue, scheduling any debate was fatal mistake.
With 10 days at Camp David. I assumed they shifted his hours awake to be alert at 9pm. Absence of stimulants appeared another possibility. He appeared to be ‘jacked up Joe’ later that evening, and the next day.

This is BS and it’s nothing new. They’ve been talking about Biden’s “sundowners syndrome” since he took office, if not before. They had a week to adjust his sleep schedule, clean him up, clean him out, and top him off.
If Biden performed poorly due to “a cold” and “sundowners” that’s all on them. Any of us with his disabilities and no team to keep us alive would be six feet under by now.
Biden’s a monster and always has been. But he’s deteriorated from being Dracula to Frankenstein.
