I hope they have to call Elon to come get them.
To: Salman
I guess that means they will return June 14 as planned.
Silly press and public thought it would be June 14, 2024. Not some other June 14. Not June 14, 2030 when the ISS is de-orbited.

Our government is simply incapable of being honest and straightforward about anything. Everything. Itโs always about narrative control.

There IS a plan to get the astronauts back home and quite safely. I figure it'll occur somewhere around July 12, the opening date for this:

BULL!
Helium is the pressurized gas used to move the fuel to the thrusters to control the spacecraft.
That helium system has several leaks that were known before launch and should have been repaired.
Those leaks don't get better with time and there's no mechanism on ISS to replenish the system on the spacecraft.
Theoretically a rescue mission could bring a replacement helium canister, but that assumes access to intersect the system on the spacecraft.

Astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams blasted off on June 5 following years of delays and safety scares affecting Starliner.. Look at the Suni side: when there's a Wil there's a way, so they both probably had Elon already set on speed dial.
Still, who trusts NASA anymore anyways? Work smart, not hard.

Think of how desperate the meetings are getting because NASA management and the pro-Ukraine warmongers in government don't want to have the Russians rescue these astronauts.
All these records and communications need to be released to the public.

The crew isn’t stranded. They can go home on another ship. Their capsule on the other hand is stranded unless replacement helium can be injected, or it’s just jettisoned to free up the dock.

No they're not stranded, they're marooned.
Wouldn't hurt to say a prayer for them.
