How's the Russian Black Sea Navy looking lately?
All I see is "The Russia" creating hardened veterans

I agree, but I wouldn't call Russia's easy victory, now dragging on almost 2.5 years, evidence that they "neutralized much of NATO's weaponry".

The Black Sea has a LOT to do with The Russia blowing apart the Ucrazian front lines with FAB-3000s.
