I’m glad you brought that up. I was thinking earlier that the only redeeming quality of building the Gaza aid peer was it would be modern day practice for the military to build it, in case that experience would later be needed in a war situation like the WW2 Normandy invasion’s Mulberry bridges.
Removal costs of the pier are expected to run in excess of one billion dollars with an extensive percentage going to the Pedo Joe Fund for Presidents with Dementia.
I think we spend another $200+ to try and repair it as well
