Millions just witnessed the end of a presidency live on television.
Joe Biden’s performance during the debate was embarrassing.
Whenever CNN put him up on the split screen, he had a thousand-yard stare.
He didn’t look old.
He looked ancient.
He looked empty.
But at least he wasn’t speaking.
Because when it was his time to answer, Biden was incoherent.
He said he “beat Medicaid.”
Asked about abortion, he randomly started talking about migrant crime.
“I really don’t know what he said at the end of that sentence,” former President Trump noted at one point, “and I don’t think he knows what he said either.”
At one point Biden just froze.
The administration can’t say it’s a “cheap fake” — everyone saw it happen.

Biden can’t survive this.
It is political malpractice to let him continue to run for re-election.
It is national malpractice to let him continue.
Biden spent an entire week preparing for this debate, and this is the best he could do.
That should terrify everyone.

He’s always used his position to sell the office and influence.
That part is true.
I am expecting her to dump him off at a senior’s home the very second he’s been removed as President.
This made me think of my earliest memory of Biden: the Clarence Thomas confirmation hearings before the Anita Hill story broke. Biden tried to engage with Thomas on natural law, and it was quite clear that Biden was an intellectual lightweight (at best) and a complete horse’s ass. My opinion of him only got worse from there.
Actually, I guess I remember him running for president in the 80s and getting caught plagiarizing Neil Kinnock, but it didn’t really stick like the Thomas hearing.
He will still be the candidate and win. It is all rigged.
Sadly the people we are talking about are idiots.
Dunno ‘bout 50 years, but I’d sure like to know who’s been running the WH for the last four. The same monsters who ran it under that fraud obammy, no doubt.
It was long before my time, but Jill reminds me of Mrs. Woodrow Wilson.
It was terrifying. No wonder our enemies are wanting to strike America at her very lowest.
His behavior and facial expressions were shocking and weird. He had to have had an earpiece with all that fiddling with his right and it turning bright red. What the blazes was wrong with his right eye? A lens? The slack jaw. The wide eye not blinking. The lost and scared stares. Then there were the sudden woo-woo of timed meds where he looked like someone had just goosed him.

As scary as it is to know we have no functioning president, no borders, and no respect for our Constitution, it was jarring to me that there was not a single American flag on that stage last night.
IMO - this was clearly a media hit job as usual, except the target was Joe and he didn’t see it coming. Joe refuses to step aside and the elites had to do something, otherwise it’s 4 more years of Trump - with a legitimate vendetta.
They turned the media on him. Every single news outlet had the same message after the debate, with the same messages. Multiple talking heads saying “my phone started buzzing immediately during the debate, I’ve never had that happen before”, “a disastrous performance”, “when he was on message, the message was good, but Joe was terrible”. Same thing said on multiple channels. In other words, “we have the right message, it’s just we can’t win with Joe”.
This was all decided before Joe opened his mouth. They knew he’d spent days practicing, probably with the questions provided - yet still this. Of course the questions were loaded (’climate crisis - increased hurricanes & severity’, ‘abortion - rape & incest!, etc) in Joe’s favor and STILL this.
They gave him every tool to succeed and he still came across as barely rubbing a few brain cells together. Now they’ve turned on him. He’s going to get extreme treatment to force him out. You can taste their fear, Trump is going to win. Panic!!!
I hadn’t noticed that. No flags.
And I think it is too late, the Democrat bench is light—Harris as most likely nominee. Failed Newsom might be slick but I don’t think he’s viable. Whitmer? Who else?
I didn’t watch due to pressing obligations after work.
Every leftist Democrat outlet is, predictably, crowing that Biden ‘DESTROYED’ Trump. What the heck are they talking about?
And remember how the media reports were that Joe was huddled at Camp David for a week getting ready for this debate? This was the best he could do after clearing his schedule and getting ready for this event? Really?
If you are seeing defense of Biden, I’d wonder if those were written before the debate. You should watch it when you get a moment, also the 15-30 minutes afterward on both CNN and MSNBC. They were aghast at what happened, opening discussing Biden’s resignation.
He’s seen him in real life. Knew people in the White House who told him, even from Joe’s VP days...
