The first thing that is required is to understand that the popular vote does not determine who will become POTUS. It would work better if Trump and Kennedy announce a vote trading agreement in certain states, i.e., Kennedy voters will vote for Trump in AZ, GA, PA, MI, MN, NH, VA and WI and in exchange Trump voters will vote for Kennedy in the Deep Blue States, CA, IL, OR, WA, and the New England states except NH. However, if Trump can't win a state, and Kennedy could, then the state must be denied to Biden. It's just the smart thing to do.
