I am hearing impaired but I can understand President Trump but cannot understand joe
I have hearing loss, so I always watch everything with closed captions. I also hate the way these networks raise the volume when music is playing or sound effects, so you turn it down, and then you can't hear what they're saying, and you have to turn it up again. Using captions allows me to keep the volume at a steady level. I could understand Trump even without the captions. Joe? Forget about it. The closed caption system couldn't even keep up with Joe's garbling or slurs, and the captions accompanying his comments mostly made no sense.
