Trump needs to do well, but I hope that Biden saves his worst showing for the second debate AFTER the Democrat Convention. I hope that he does just well enough in this one that they don’t substitute somebody for him at the convention. He can wander off stage at the second debate and I will be fine with that.
Jake Tapper will get a signal at some point to either save or sink Joe.Im sure it will be obvious. They know this is it for Joe. Trump should play along if he wants Biden to stay the candidate Trump should play along in an exaggerated fashion.
I don’t think the Dims will toss Biden off the ticket for any reason. That being said, I think President Trump will clean Biden’s clock in both debates.
Trump has never done well in any of his debates. The best he can do is not lose the debate. He should skip any more debates as he is now leading in the states for POTUS.
