I have noticed that Biden can’t state facts off the cuff and he only comes awake when he lies. He has been a liar all his miserable life so all his functioning brain cells are wired into that mode. He will lie, lie, lie, and he will expect the American public to bellieve him and not their lying eyes, or their “lived experience” brought on by his policies. I like that description.
