Tapper and Biden were certainly in lock step over “child care”. After the first break Tapper hit Biden with the “child care” question and Biden reeled of a pre planned answer. Who knew? I didn’t know child care is an issue! THE IDEA!!!
That pretty clearly was the plan. This is a staged response.

Basically reiterated what he accomplished as president -border, healthcare, military; and what Biden - despite all his talk - hasn’t; everything Biden has failed at, everything that’s happening to the country. He said that the world doesn’t respect Biden.

I watched a little bit and Biden was so weird with his voice inflections, mannerisms, and so on, that I just turned it off. I’ll probably read the transcript tomorrow.
LOL, we were surprised it was even brought up - there are SO many more important issues. Dumb question to ask, I doubt most Americans are fretting over child care - they’re concerned about their grocery bill, I know I am!
MSNBS is blaming the position of the candidates. Had Biden been on the opposite side it would have had him facing the moderators and Trump. Instead it looked as if he was always looking off camera. Grasping at straws.
