What about Navarro?

If Bannon wins, Navarro could seek immediate release based on the favorable ruling in Bannon’s case. By way of example, Conrad Black was imprisoned on federal accounting fraud charges. He was eventually released after the Supreme Court invalidated the government's theory of prosecution under the same statute in an entirely separate case.

Peter Navarro has been in prison for three months.

Outrageous.

And for a misdemeanor at best. The only guy in the prison who is not a felon.

“all subpoenas issued by the committee were also illegitimate.”
This would seem to include Navarro, or, am I misinterpreting this statement?
