I said Dems will block it from the floor and in so doing would make a good campaign talking point. That’s all.

“I said Dems will block it from the floor and in so doing would make a good campaign talking point. That’s all.”

I know, and have heard the point made for years and years now. I really am on top of the ideology.

My point is has it ever really done any good yet? Nope, and I now realize it never will.

The only way to win this to to boycott their BS manipulation and social engineering. They are throwing us a bone now and then to make us feel happy and hopeful. But they never plan to let us off that chain of self imposed gullibility.

It is time for US to cut that chain and give them notice we are not falling for it anymore.

THIS will make them actually produce RESULTS if they want to stay in office. They need to know and understand we DO NOT BELIEVE THEM ANYMORE.

It’s happening. Slowly. Media landscape has changed. More people get news - some of it is still BS - from social media and video platforms. But slowly it seems some people are waking up, red pilling or white pilling. If Trump can hold that 20% of the Black vote and over 40% of Hispanic vote the polls seem to suggest, the game can change.

And yes, I am aware that Speaker Johnson pushed the omnibus bill after a “private briefing” with the intel agencies...

“Keep hope alive!”

It is not enough. We need to put them on strict notice for clocking in and not actually doing the job we put them there to do. Stop liying to us to make us feel good.

I am being labelled as pessimistic and negative. The truth is my HOPE is folks will wake up and stop believing their con game and finally put them to task.

THIS and only THIS will make a real difference towards a positive outcome for our next generations. It need to be understood that they take advantage of our hope and enslave us with it.

Real hope is to not trust one thing they claim and make them finally understand we are on top of their theater.

First off it will be the only job you can get where most of your income is tax free. Second the government will have to raise everyone else’s taxes to make up for it. It does not seem fair to me.

Now you got it... And this needs to be shared to the four corners of the earth.

It is the ONLY way to win this war.

Lowering taxes INCREASES federal revenue.

This is a lie. Reducing tax rates has always increased federal revenue.

And unfortunately THAT is how it really works. One way or another THEY ARE NOT GOING TO GIVE UP ONE DIME OF TAX REVENUE.

But, I agree with the concept because it will at least keep that income to be spent in the LOCAL economy. Anytime we can do that it is a good thing.

Let me share a short story. When I turned 21 I had a lot of family members vying to have me join their “lodge”. One was a Rotary, One was an Elk, one was an eagle. I asked them where does this money from dues and fund raisers go? Only one did not send it to a central disbursement board so very little came back to our local community. So I joined the Eagles, The revenue they collected from dues and fundraisers stayed in our local community.

I can tell you this. If this went through then I reduce my tips from 20+ percent to 10 percent.

“I can tell you this. If this went through then I reduce my tips from 20+ percent to 10 percent.”

Now there is another unforeseen factor. Question is by choice or as a result?

What you point out is very important towards the end game of this.

Only an A-hole would think that they could give less because you are now taxed less. But I can tell you from experience there are a LOT of them out there.

And those who do are wealthy...

I have been in business all my life. And back in the 80s when folks still took checks the only checks I had to worry about or ever have bounce on me were from rich folks driving Cadillacs, Lincolns, and Mercedes.

It will be popular with much of the service industry workers.

It will be even more popular with owners of service businesses. Millions, and I do mean millions of hours will no longer be spent on keeping track of tips for tax purposes.

Reminds me of when the Form 1040 August extension was eliminated. Nearly 30 million man hours were saved by eliminating that requirement.

And the govt mandated $20 minimum wager may find the jobs that earn tips a more attractive job choice...

Imagine knowing one could earn more than $20 an hour earning tips and keeping it all or get that guarantee minimum wage doing minimal work for a govt mandated wage...

Not an Ahole at all. So you don’t have to pay taxes but I do. Not only that, but I am going to be taxed more. So don’t expect me to pay for your tax free life. This entire idea is straight from the pits of the progressive liberal mindset. No different than the nonsense that they come up with. No different than forgiving student loans when I had to pay mine back. It unbalances everything.

Right and I can tell you that there are jobs in fancy hotels and restaurants where they earn a lot more than 20 dollars an hour in tips. So the person working at a diner gets very little in tips, and yet those working in fancy environments could be tipped 200 to 300 dollars for serving one meal. Still tax free. Like I said it unbalances everything. Pathetic.
