What no one is talking about is trump going to jail July 12th. The judge is going to send him to Rikers for years and he will sit there until his appeal is completed next year.
Donald J Trump is not going to jail on July 12th or ever. To go to jail you must have been convicted of some crime, and it has never been established that any crime ever could be correctly identified.
Seems as if the judge will not pass up the chance to do what you suggest.
