Going way beyond my legal understanding here but could Bannon’s case (and Navarro’s, et al., expand into a type of class-action situation with all those being threatened or prosecuted for ignoring Govt. subpoenas having future or current punishment’s “stayed” pending further examination, until we the public are satisfied that there is no “two-tier” justice system where AGs like Garland and Holder can ignore personal subpoenas from Congress that they don’t “consider valid” while bankrupting and imprisoning people for the same thing?
The House can withdraw the subpoena today and the case/sentence goes away. Why they haven’t moved on this tells a lot about where they stand on the politicized J6 hoax investigation.
